WILO SE, Dortmund
In 2001, the Wilo-Stratos, the world's first high-efficiency pump for heating, ventilation, and cooling applications, was introduced to the market.
In terms of design, the focus was on innovation by relocating the electronic module and thus the interface to the users in front of the motor area. The pump received a completely new structure, which became the foundation for all subsequent pump generations.
This design structure is still applied to new pump models today and is continuously updated through targeted measures, such as the revised color scheme of the red button and the housing, to keep it contemporary.
